The annual “Happy and Active in Knowle West” event returns to South Bristol for another year as part of the Celebrating Age Festival 2017.
The afternoon has been jointly organised by Knowle West Media Centre and Knowle West Health Park Company and will offer a range of free activities for older residents including:
taster sessions in seated exercise, creative activities and computer skills
singing
films
crafts
health checks
a dance display
